It is a common practice for villager in Sichuan mountain area to preserve their mutton with slow smoke method.

Now, Yellow Door Kitchen brings you smoke mutton prepared in traditional way.

The mutton is stew with white reddish and spring onion, and serve with noodle.

Traditional Cantonese dishes are served.

The same, they are free from MSG & artificial favouring.

The difference is that the Cantonese dishes are not spicy.
